Industrial town according to Article 2 of the provisions of the executive regulations of the Organization of Small Industries and Industrial Towns of Iran, is a place with a certain area and area of ​​land use has been approved by legal authorities and to establish a set of industrial units, research, technology And support services such as: design, engineering, training, consulting and commercial information that provides all or some of the infrastructure facilities and essential services according to the types of size of the industrial town and the combination of its activities to these units.

 

  • Completing the application form for issuing an establishment / development permit by the applicant and submitting it to the company of the industrial estates of the relevant province, along with the introduction of suitable land that is in their possession.

  • At the same time, a description of the surveying services (necessity of creation and location / necessity of development and possibility of development) as well as a guide for preparing environmental studies by the provincial company will be provided to the applicant.
  • The applicant submits the answers to the inquiries and studies to the provincial company.
  • The provincial company should send a checklist of documents submitted by the applicant to the Deputy of Civil Engineering and Environment of the organization for review within a maximum of 3 days.
  • If there is a defect in the documents provided by the applicant, it will be returned to the said person in order to eliminate the defect and complete the documents.
  • In the absence of defects in the documents and studies, the Deputy Minister of Civil Engineering and Environment of the organization will review the studies conducted by the applicant within 17 days and will notify the authority issuing the establishment permit.
  • The establishment / development permit of a non-governmental industrial town is issued with the signature of the chairman of the board and the managing director of the organization and is notified to the applicant for implementation.
  • Completion of the application form for the creation / development of an industrial town by the applicant, along with a sketch of the land to be introduced to the relevant agencies of the province to receive national lands and submit it to the company of the industrial towns of the relevant province.
  • The provincial company, according to the land sketch provided by the applicant, introduces the mentioned person to the relevant agencies of the province to receive the land.
  • The applicant submits the confirmation of the relevant agencies that the transfer of land is unimpeded to the provincial company for further actions.
  • After the completion of the work in accordance with paragraph 1-3 of Article 3 of this establishment instruction is issued and notified to the applicant.

 

According to the basics of designing industrial estates, the criteria for land distribution at the level of industrial estates have been as follows: with a little change and allocating a larger percentage to industry in the location of land uses.

The main industrial units in this town are dedicated to the gold-making industry and related industries, but in this town, industrial units will be considered for other industries required by the region.
